Community Norms
We are thrilled about our collaborative space for teachers to share their ideas, quality resources and have the opportunity for robust discussions about the IM Curriculum. To cultivate a safe creative space for community members, we ask that you adhere to the following Community Norms:
- Assume best intentions, but acknowledge impact. Ask follow up questions, consider the audience, keep in mind educators have different contexts and experiences. This community brings together a diverse group of educators working in a variety of settings with students with diverse needs. What works for you, may not work for others.
- Make feedback positive and constructive. Acknowledge the good work of fellow community members. Productive peer feedback is respectful and positive.
- Talk about students, parents and other educators as though they are in the room. Keep in mind that while registration is required, this is a public community.
